Our Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

There may be times where processing and shipping may take longer due to a high volume of sales or situations out of our control such as pandemic related delays affecting fulfillment or carriers, and acts of God.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For international calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping to the United States.

Raybae products shipped in the United States will be sent via FedEx from our fulfillment center in Florida. International shipments will be shipped via our international shipping partner, Passport, and will be shipped via carriers they have relationships with for your region. See the table below regarding estimated shipping times.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Raybae is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customersupport@raybae.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do! ship to boxes! But please note that shipping to a PO/APO/FPO box can only be done through US mail, which means we may not be able to track packages or guarantee when they will arrive.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a product, you can return the unused portion within 30 days and we’ll be happy to refund your account for the full purchase amount, or exchange it for another item. Unfortunately, Raybae Cards and eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@raybae.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
