Our Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day no-risk return policy, which means if for any reason you’re not satisfied with a product within 30 days, you can return the unused portion and we’ll be happy to refund your account for the full purchase amount or exchange it for another item.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@raybae.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us at support@raybae.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we receive your return. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
